Itinerary:
Day 1: Guatemala City
Arrival in Guatemala City. Transfer to a hotel in the city for overnight accommodations.
Day 2: El Baul and La Democracia / Chichicastenango
In the morning transfer to the Archaeological Site of El Baul and La Democracia on the South Coast of Guatemala to visit both sites. In the afternoon transfer to Chichicastenango for overnight accommodations.
Day 3: Church of Santo Tomas / Quetzaltenango
Visit the colorful open-air market and the Church of Santo Tomas. In the afternoon transfer for Quetzaltenango for overnight accommodations.
Day 4: San Francisco El Alto / Valley of Almolonga
Visit the colorful open-air animal market of San Francisco El Alto, the Church of San Andres Xecul and beautiful Valley of Almolonga. In the afternoon transfer to Panajachel (Lake Atitlan) for overnight accommodations.
Day 5: Santiago Atitlan
After breakfast, join the launch excursion to the picturesque lake-side village of Santiago Atitlan. After lunch transfer to Antigua for overnight accommodations.
Day 6: Guatemala City
During the morning you will have a sightseeing of this old colonial capital and its surroundings. In the afternoon return to Guatemala City.
Day 7: El Progreso / Zacapa / Copan, Honduras
Begin the trip that will take you through El Progreso and Zacapa. Continue to Copan, Honduras for a visit of the ruins that same morning.
Day 8: Quirigua / Puerto Barrios
After breakfast return to Guatemalan territory to continue to Quirigua for a visit of the site. In the afternoon proceed to Puerto Barrios for overnight accommodations.
Day 9: Livingston / Castillo de San Felipe
In the morning join the launch excursion to Livingston. In the afternoon, continue to Castillo de San Felipe. Overnight accommodations will be in the Rio Dulce Area.
Day 10: Flores or Tikal
Morning at leisure. After lunch, transfer by land to Flores of Tikal for Overnight accommodations.
Day 11: Ceibal
Transfer to Ceibal for sightseeing. After lunch transfer back to Flores of Tikal for overnight accommodations.
Day 12: Yaxha
Transfer to Yaxha for sightseeing. After lunch transfer back to Flores of Tikal for overnight accommodations.
Day 13: Tika
Sightseeing of Tikal. In the afternoon board your flight back to Guatemala City for overnight accommodations.
Day 14: Transfer out
This morning we will transfer guests to the airport in plenty of time for their international flight home.
