Prices and Discounts

The best group discounts are found on flights which have lots of open seats. Reserving months in advance, and traveling on off-peak days will usually result in more options, and lower fares.

Booking Process - Let Us Take Care of the Details

Step 1: Your Fare

Our agents do the legwork of negotiating with each airline to obtain the lowest group fare. Our years of experience and special relationships with major carriers result in the best possible price for your group. Once reserved, the base fare is guaranteed. Taxes and surcharges are subject to change until tickets are issued.

Step 2: Deposit

To hold space and guarantee the fare, airlines require a deposit of USD 50.00 - 100 US per seat. Deadlines and deposit amounts vary, depending on the airline and flight dates. Groups departing in the near future may be required to pay in full, in lieu of a deposit. Generally, deposits are refundable if the group cancels by a specific deadline, or after the group has traveled.

Step 3: Adjust or Cancel

After paying a deposit, the next deadline is "Cancel and Reduce date". Prior to or on this date. Airlines expect the group to cancel any unwanted seats and determine the final size 30-60 days prior to departure. *At least 10 seats must be reserved in order to keep the group booking*. After this date, any significant change in group size may result in loss of deposit per canceled seat.

Step 4: Issuing Tickets

Passenger names, and full payment for all tickets is usually due 30-60 days prior to departure, depending on the airline's policy. Groups booking inside of 60 days may be required to pay in full at time of making a reservation.

Step 5: Deposit Refund

The group's deposit will be refunded after the group has completed travel. Any penalties for seats held but not utilized will be deducted from the deposit.
